 Staffing Analysis

One of the R-K-A Partners will visit your site to gather the information needed to conduct an analysis of your staffing needs. No stopwatch studies will be performed.  Information regarding the number of buildings, square feet, floor surfaces, certain quantity counts, age and condition of the facility, traffic and soiling will be gathered during a physical survey of you facility.  Alternative levels of service will be applied to the gathered data utilizing task frequencies and predetermined time allowances.  No stopwatch studies will be conducted.

The Best Practices is similar to an operational Review, but narrower in scope.

Quality Audits

The Quality Audit focuses on the quality of the services being accomplished at your facility.  It benchmarks your quality to industry standards and similar facilities.  It also compares the quality of services that you expect to what is actually accomplished.
